TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
These terms describe the use of this website and payments made through it. The work itself is set out in the agreement for each engagement.
Content on this site
Service descriptions, solution concepts and scenarios on this site are illustrative. They describe how Brightlane approaches work. They are not offers, specifications or guarantees of a particular outcome.
Solution concepts
Brightlane Connect, Flow, Commerce, Learn, People and Assist are adaptable solution concepts. They are not products available for purchase or license, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement of product availability.
Representative scenarios
Scenarios are written to show how an engagement could be shaped. They are not accounts of verified client projects, and they contain no client names, figures or measured results.
Paying by card
Agreed services can be paid by card on the Get Access page. You choose the service, enter the amount agreed with our team and your billing details, and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. Payment is taken on a secure checkout processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. No prices are published on this site: the amount you enter is the amount agreed for your work.
Refunds
A refund or cancellation must be requested within 3 days of purchase, including purchases made through a financing or pay-later provider. After that the service is treated as delivered and accepted, and no refund is available. The Refund Policy has the details.
Intellectual property
The Brightlane name, wordmark and the design of this site belong to Brightlane. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is set out in the agreement for that engagement, not here.
